To make the most of your experience at SoFlo Biomechanics, we ask that all clients respect the following guidelines:

🕒 Assessment Appointments
All initial assessments are complimentary, and we kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes early to get comfortable in the space and help us start on time. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours in advance so we can offer that time slot to others. -
👣 Training Attire & Environment
We train barefoot to maximize connection and engagement through fully integrative movement patterns. For accurate assessment and effective cueing, we ask that clients wear: -
Shorts or compression wear

Sports bra (for women)

This allows us to observe your posture and mechanics properly so we can help you get the best possible results.

👥 Group Training Minimum
Group sessions require a minimum of two participants. If you are the only one signed up for a session, you’ll have the option to: -
Transfer to another scheduled group class, or
-
Remain in your time slot and receive a private session at the private session rate.

📝 Waivers & Agreements
All clients are required to complete a liability waiver and a non-disclosure agreement before beginning training. -

Unlimited Classes
$200/a month.
This option allows you to book unlimited classes a week for both our in person and online classes.
This option also gives you access to join our workshops for free!
Billed monthly.
2 Classes a Week
$125/a month.
This option allows you to book 2 classes per week. In person and online classes apply. Billed monthly. This option pairs nicely alongside personal 1:1 training. It allows you to get your feet wet with the group class experience while also getting the individual attention you might be needing.
1 Class a Week
$80/a month.
This option pairs nicely alongside personal 1:1 training. It allows you to get your feet wet with the group class experience while also getting the individual attention you might be needing. This option gives you access to 1 class a week. In person and online apply. Billed monthly.
Unlimited Online Classes
$95/a month.
This membership is for those who want quality, functional training but live too far to attend in person. Many of our classes are accessible online! This membership gives you unlimited access to all online classes at a very low rate. Billed monthly.
Drop In
$25/per visit.
Want to drop in for a class occasionally without committing to a membership? We've got you covered.
Billed per class.
Personal 1:1 Training
All 1:1 personal training sessions start with an initial assessment where we discuss your goals, needs and schedule. Once those details are determined we pair you with the practitioner that best fits your needs. Rates vary per practitioner, so schedule your assessment to discuss your options!
